SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Robert Russell "Bob" Wiggins of Carlinville, who passed away on September 27, 2018; and

WHEREAS, Bob Wiggins was born in Chesterfield to Kenneth and Ruby (Chism) Wiggins on October 25, 1936; he graduated from Carlinville High School in 1954 and Brown's Business College in 1955; he married Jodie Talkington in Shipman on October 5, 1957; and

WHEREAS, Bob Wiggins was a Sales Manager for Prairie Farms Dairy in Carlinville for over 40 years; and

WHEREAS, Bob Wiggins was a member of Ss Mary and Joseph Catholic Church in Carlinville and the Knights of Columbus; and

WHEREAS, Bob Wiggins was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Terry Joseph Wiggins; his brother, Donald Lee Wiggins; and his sister, Phyllis Denbrook; and

WHEREAS, Bob Wiggins is survived by his wife, Jodie; his son, Robert Anthony "Tony" Wiggins; his daughter, Joan Elizabeth Randazzo; his grandchildren, Haley Elizabeth Wiggins, Robert Joseph Wiggins, Sophia Randazzo, and Jack Randazzo; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Robert Russell "Bob" Wiggins and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Bob Wiggins as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
