SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Suzanne A. Lindsay of Gurnee, who passed away on June 13, 2018; and

WHEREAS, Suzanne Lindsay was born in Waukegan on May 22, 1961; and

WHEREAS, Suzanne Lindsay worked as an attorney and practiced law in Lake County for many years; and

WHEREAS, Suzanne Lindsay was active in her Catholic church; she was a member of the Lumen Cordium Society and was involved in supporting numerous charities, including Beacon Place and the Boy and Girls Club of Door County; and

WHEREAS, Suzanne Lindsay is survived by her husband of 32 years, William C. Lindsay; her daughter, Jillian Brooks; her son, Will Lindsay; her granddaughter, Dorothy; and her siblings, Kate, Steve, and Julie; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Suzanne A. Lindsay, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Suzanne Lindsay as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
