| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of James Blair of East Alton, who passed | 4 | | away on May 9, 2018; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, James Blair was born in East Alton to Mitchell G. | 6 | | and Ruby Pearl (Diamond) Blair on March 14, 1931; he married | 7 | | Sara N. Wiseman on June 24, 1950; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, James Blair was employed for 30 years as a | 9 | | delivery driver at Schwartz Furniture in Wood River; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, James Blair enjoyed fishing, camping, and playing | 11 | | cards; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, James Blair was preceded in death by his parents | 13 | | and his sisters, Doris Jensen, Shirley Rostek, Nancy Campbell, | 14 | | Anne Cox, and Kay Posik; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, James Blair is survived by his wife, Sara; his | 16 | | sons, William G. Blair (Kim Hawkins) and James (Theresa) Blair | 17 | | Jr.; his daughter, Kimberly (James) Berry; his grandchildren, | 18 | | Christopher (Cherie) Blair, Justin (Deanna) Blair, Nicholas | 19 | | Blair, and Amanda (Collin) Foster; his great-grandchildren, | 20 | | Sophie, Eva, Caleb, Courtney, Sara, and Jordan; and many other |
