SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Marion Reinwall-Hoak, who passed away on
4April 9, 2018; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Marion Reinwall-Hoak was born to Louis and Mabel
6Hawley on January 3, 1926; she married Ernest "Bill" Reinwall
7in 1953; she later married Stewart Hoak of Woodstock; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Marion Reinwall-Hoak worked in many departments
9at the Ringwood Chemical Co.; she also worked as a dental
10assistant and a teacher at the McHenry School of Beauty
11Culture; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Marion Reinwall-Hoak enjoyed being involved in
13many organizations; she was a member of the National Society of
14the Daughters of the American Revolution Kishwaukee Trail
15Chapter for over 50 years and the Order of the Eastern Star;
16she was also active in the Red Hat Society, the McHenry County
17Past Presidents Club, the American Legion Auxiliary, Women of
18the Moose #1348, and the Crazy Hat Society; she was a member of
19the Ringwood United Methodist Church and the Women's Club; and
 
20    WHEREAS, Marion Reinwall-Hoak enjoyed working in the yard
21and doing ceramics; she collected plates and spoons; and

1    WHEREAS, Marion Reinwall-Hoak was preceded in death by her
2parents; her two husbands, Earnest William Reinwall and Stewart
3Hoak; her brother-in-law, John Woodward; and her nephew, John
4Woodward Jr.; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Marion Reinwall-Hoak is survived by her sons, Gary
6(Sandy) and Mark (Georgene); her grandson, Colton; her sister,
7Shirley Woodward; and her nephews, Louis and Timothy Woodward;
8therefore, be it
 
9    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
10ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
11Marion Reinwall-Hoak, and extend our sincere condolences to her
12family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
13further
 
14    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
15presented to the family of Marion Reinwall-Hoak as an
16expression of our deepest sympathy.
