SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Walter F. O'Grady, who passed away on
4January 30, 2018; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Walter O'Grady was born in Chicago to William F.
6and Marie L. O'Grady on December 4, 1933; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Walter O'Grady was a banker for 15 years; he also
8was a well-respected history teacher with McHenry County
9College for six years; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Walter O'Grady was involved with St. Patrick's
11Catholic Church in Hartland as a cantor for many years; he was
12an avid golfer and a man of many interests; most importantly,
13he was a loving and devoted husband; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Walter O'Grady is survived by his wife, Margaret
15(Vogt) O'Grady; therefore, be it
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
18Walter F. O'Grady, and extend our sincere condolences to his
19family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
20further

2presented to the family of Walter O'Grady as an expression of
3our deepest sympathy.
