HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives wish to congratulate Artie McBride on the occasion of her retirement as the Local Office Administrator in Pulaski County for the Department of Human Services; and

WHEREAS, Artie McBride began her career as a clerk typist in the Department of Conservation on February 1, 1985; she transferred to the Department of Public Aid in November 1986 and continued to work with the Department of Human Services as the Local Office Administrator in Pulaski County until May 1, 2018; and

WHEREAS, Artie McBride has two sons, Richard L. Miles Jr. and Julian L. Howard II and six grandchildren; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Artie McBride on the occasion of her retirement as the Local Office Administrator in Pulaski County for the Department of Human Services, and we wish her the best in her future endeavors; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Artie McBride as an expression of our esteem and respect.
