2 SECOND SPECIAL SESSION

3 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
4 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, AT THE SECOND SPECIAL
5 SESSION THEREOF, that the Secretary inform the House of
6 Representatives that a majority of the members of the Senate
7 has assembled, pursuant to the proclamation of the Governor,
8 convening a Second Special Session of the General Assembly, and
9 are now ready for the transaction of business.
