SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of James Malay of Bloomington, who passed away on January 24, 2015; and

WHEREAS, James Malay is survived by his wife, Elaine; his daughters, Susan McNary, Julie Friedmann, and Karen Compton; his son, Jim Malay; his sons-in-law, Bill McNary, Ed Friedmann and Spencer Compton; his daughter-in-law, Alicia Malay; and his grandchildren, Molly, Kathleen, Maggie, Ryan, Ellie, Nora, Meghan, Nell, Liam, and Sarah; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of James Malay, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of James Malay as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
