SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Nathan "Nate" Finch of Crystal Lake, who
4passed away on November 18, 2014; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Nathan Finch was born in Ellsworth, Michigan on
6July 9, 1945 to Francis and Dona Finch; he married Mary Miller
7in Arlington Heights on October 14, 1995; he was a proud
8veteran of the United States Army; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Nathan Finch liked going to auctions and was a
10John Deere enthusiast; he enjoyed tinkering in his pole barn
11and was recently working on restoring a 1963 Ford with his
12close friend, Scott; he loved his dog, Mandy, but most of all
13he loved spending time with his wife and grandchildren; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Nathan Finch was preceded in death by his parents;
15his brother, Ronald; his second wife, Peggy; and his
16granddaughter, Hailey; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Nathan Finch is survived by his wife, Mary; his
18sons, Paul (Dawn) Finch, Kevin (Lynn) Finch, and Eric (Vicky)
19Finch; his grandchildren, Kari Sue, Dakota, Hana, Krystal,
20Angel, Justin, and Emily; his siblings, Jay (Mary) Finch,
21Marilyn Finch, Linda (Jim) Orr, and Eleanor (Dave) Stephenson;

1and many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
4Nathan "Nate" Finch, and extend our sincere condolences to his
5family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
6further
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
8presented to the family of Nathan Finch as an expression of our
9deepest sympathy.
