SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Todd Michael Domin, who passed away on September 14, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Todd Domin was born on October 29, 1971 in Berwyn; his parents were Brian and Barb Domin; he married Sarah Elizabeth Mooberry on July 16, 2011; and

WHEREAS, Todd Domin attended Elgin Area School District U46 schools and studied economics and earned his MBA from Northern Illinois University; and

WHEREAS, Todd Domin enjoyed spending time with his wife and daughters, going to the movies, making his own beer and wine, traveling, and being involved at First Presbyterian Church; and

WHEREAS, Todd Domin is survived by his beloved wife, Sarah; his daughters, Madeline and Lilly; his parents; his brother, Scott (Karen) Domin; his sister, Debbie (John) Loose; his nieces, Emillie (Tracy) Andrea, Madison (Keating), and Cali (Keating); and many cousins, aunts, and uncles; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Todd Michael Domin; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Todd Domin as an expression of our sympathy.
