SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Patricia L. Milbratz of St. Petersburg, Florida, who passed away on July 2, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Milbratz was born on January 4, 1936 in Chicago; his parents were William and Olive Marsh; she married William E. Milbratz on September 13, 1958 in Chicago; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Milbratz and her husband moved to McCullom Lake in 1972 and relocated to McHenry in 1977; in 2009, she and her husband moved to Florida to enjoy their retirement; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Milbratz was employed at Allied Die Casting Company in McHenry for many years; she later worked at various positions throughout McHenry; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Milbratz was a dedicated member of The Women of the Moose Chapter 1348; she earned the College of Regents, the most prestigious honor rewarded, for her outstanding accomplishments and services; she also held many official positions, such as kitchen chairman, and volunteered her whole life to The Women of the Moose; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Milbratz was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Carl Marsh; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Milbratz is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, William; her children, Catherine Harvey, Susan (Bruce) Preston, Patricia (Henry) Hove, William Milbratz, Michael (Kim) Milbratz, and George (Rene) Milbratz; 16 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Patricia L. Milbratz; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Patricia Milbratz as an expression of our sympathy.
