SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of James William Graham of Milan, who passed away on April 28, 2016; and

WHEREAS, James Graham was born in Clarksville, Missouri on June 26, 1935; he served in the United States Air Force from 1954 to 1958; and

WHEREAS, James Graham was a sheet metal worker for Sheet Metal Local 91 in Rock Island; and

WHEREAS, James Graham was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Milan and American Legion Post 246 in Moline; and

WHEREAS, James Graham was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Graham; and

WHEREAS, James Graham is survived by his children, Scott Graham, Tracie Campbell, Michelle Graham, James C. Graham and Amanda Graham; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of James William Graham, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of James Graham as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
