SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Charles P. Cossaboon of East Moline, who passed away on March 20, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Charles Cossaboon was born in Chester County, Pennsylvania to Charles and Sadie Cossaboon on October 19, 1938; he married Eva McCoy on February 14, 1977; and

WHEREAS, Charles Cossaboon was preceded in death by his wife, Eva; his parents; and his brother, John; and

WHEREAS, Charles Cossaboon is survived by his siblings, George (Wendy), Linda (Sean) McDonnell, Arnold (Marilyn) Williamson, and Bobby (Roseanne) Williamson; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Charles P. Cossaboon, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Charles Cossaboon as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
