SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of William C. Wombles of Taylorville, who passed away on February 13, 2016; and

WHEREAS, William Wombles was born in Gainesville, Florida to Gary Lynn Wombles and Gail Pruiett on February 27, 1969; and

WHEREAS, William Wombles worked as a physical therapist for Gateway Rehabilitation in Taylorville; and

WHEREAS, William Wombles enjoyed boating and fishing, sports, cooking, and BBQ; he was a part of "Ruf/Nek for Life" and loved spending time with his family and friends; and

WHEREAS, William Wombles is survived by his parents; his sister, Michelle (Mark) Vollintine; his niece, Samantha Sandidge; his nephew, Joshua Vollintine; and his fiance, Gretchen Ewin; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of William C. Wombles, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of William Wombles as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
