1 SENATE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of Dr. Herbert P. LePore of Silvis, who
4 passed away on January 12, 2016; and

5     WHEREAS, Dr. Herbert LePore was born on October 6, 1935 in
6 Brooklyn, New York; and

7     WHEREAS, Dr. Herbert LePore is survived by his son,
8 Michael; his daughter-in-law, Wen; his granddog, Truman; and
9 his sisters, Sarah Elpern and Adrienne LePore, and their
10 families; therefore, be it

11     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
12 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his
13 family and friends, mourn the passing of Dr. Herbert P. LePore;
14 and be it further

15     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
16 presented to the family of Dr. Herbert LePore as an expression
17 of our sympathy.
