SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Taylor M. Kalischefski of Huntley, who passed away on January 15, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Taylor Kalischefski was born on March 29, 1994 in Park Ridge; her parents were Andreas and Melissa (nee Michalski) Kalischefski; and

WHEREAS, Taylor Kalischefski graduated from Woodstock High School in 2011; she always had a smile and loved everyone she knew; and

WHEREAS, Taylor Kalischefski was an avid Black Hawks fan; she also enjoyed swimming, movies, and playing games with her family; and

WHEREAS, Taylor Kalischefski was preceded in death by her mother, and her grandfather, Don; and

WHEREAS, Taylor Kalischefski is survived by her father, Andy (Joanne) Kalischefski; her sisters, Kaitlyn and Grace; her step-sister, Morgan; her step-brother, A.J.; her grandparents, Herb and Dorle Kalischefski and Mary Jane (Warren) Struensee; her uncles, Chris (Candy) Kalischefski and Mark (Amy) Michalski; her aunt, Melody (Keith) Clemens; and her many cousins; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Taylor M. Kalischefski; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Taylor Kalischefski as an expression of our sympathy.
