SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Keith Wayne Kramer of Moline, who passed away on December 21, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Keith Kramer was born on August 3, 1930 in Muscatine, Iowa; his parents were LeRoy and Laura Hall Kramer; he married Ina Whitman on April 25, 1953 in Davenport; and

WHEREAS, Keith Kramer served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War; and

WHEREAS, Keith Kramer was an installer and service technician for Freed Heating and Air Conditioning in Moline for 30 years until his retirement in 1995; and

WHEREAS, Keith Kramer was a member of the Korean War Veterans Association and the Milan American Legion; he enjoyed fishing, boating, and hunting; and

WHEREAS, Keith Kramer is survived by his wife, Ina; his children and their spouses, Richard Kramer and Laurie Beardsley, Rhonda and Ron Schuldt, Michael and Keri Kramer, and Sheila Ristow; his 11 grandchildren; and his 3 great-grandchildren; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Keith Wayne Kramer; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Keith Kramer as an expression of our sympathy.
