SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Geraldine Ann "Jerrie" Kruemmelbein of
4Bunker Hill, who passed away on October 4, 2015; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Geraldine Kruemmelbein was born on January 15,
61937 in Jerseyville; her parents were Dennis Lahey and Alice
7(nee Butler) Lahey; she married Robert Kruemmelbein on May 10,
81959 at St. Mary's Church in Bunker Hill; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Geraldine Kruemmelbein was employed as a
10bookkeeper for Rull Hardware/Spickerman Hardware of Bunker
11Hill; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Geraldine Kruemmelbein was a member of the St.
13Ann's Altar Society, Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in
14Bethalto, and the Red Hat Society; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Geraldine Kruemmelbein was preceded in death by
16her parents; her husband, Robert; and her brother, Ron Lahey;
17and
 
18    WHEREAS, Geraldine Kruemmelbein is survived by her
19daughter, Kim (Wally) Stewart; her sons, Rob Kruemmelbein and
20Rick (Wendy) Kruemmelbein; her grandchildren, Jason (Meghan)

1Brooks, Danielle (Pat) Sears, Alicia Stewart, Jake Krauss,
2Brandon Kruemmelbein, Elizabeth Kruemmelbein, and Danna
3Kruemmelbein; and her great-grandchildren, Aubrie Brooks,
4Decker Brooks, and Liam Sears; therefore, be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her
7family and friends, mourn the passing of Geraldine Ann "Jerrie"
8Kruemmelbein; and be it further
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
10presented to the family of Geraldine Kruemmelbein as an
11expression of our sympathy.
