30 ILCS 708/1

Amends the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Grant Accountability and Transparency Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 16, 2019)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act.
