HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Pete Micheletto, who passed away on November 14, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Pete Micheletto was born on December 25, 1934 in Christopher; his parents were Steve and Dena (nee Arro) Micheletto; he married Arlene (nee Wingo) Micheletto on August 15, 1953; and

WHEREAS, Pete Micheletto worked as an auditor for the Illinois Department of Revenue for 41 years; and

WHEREAS, Pete Micheletto was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church in Christopher, where he had been a church trustee and parish council president; he also served on the Rend Lake Conservancy District Board for 25 years and was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Christopher; and

WHEREAS, Pete Micheletto was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Steve Micheletto; and his brother, Joe Micheletto; and

WHEREAS, Pete Micheletto is survived by his wife, Arlene; his children, Danny and Carla Micheletto; his grandchildren, Jamie Winemiller, Joe Barnhart, and Tyler Barnhart; and his great-grandchildren, Jenna Micheletto, Stephanie Winemiller, Shianne Winemiller, Harley Winemiller, and Jerry Winemiller; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Pete Micheletto; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Pete Micheletto as an expression of our sympathy.
