1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives wish to congratulate Lt. Ed Crews on the
4 occasion of his retirement from the Lisle-Woodridge Fire
5 District; and

6     WHEREAS, Lt. Crews joined the Lisle-Woodridge Fire
7 District on November 28, 1988 and has over 26 years of
8 experience; and

9     WHEREAS, Lt. Crews currently serves as the northern
10 district legislative representative for the Associated Fire
11 Fighters of Illinois; and

12     WHEREAS, In retirement, Lt. Crews plans on helping veterans
13 who are returning home from Afghanistan and Iraq; therefore, be
14 it

15     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
16 NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
17 congratulate Lt. Ed Crews on his retirement from the
18 Lisle-Woodridge Fire District and we wish him the best in all
19 his future endeavors; and be it further

20     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be

1 presented to Lt. Crews as an expression of our esteem and
2 respect.
