50 ILCS 737/1
    Amends the Cook County Drug Analysis Field Test Pilot Program Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Cook County Drug Analysis Field Test Pilot
5 Program Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (50 ILCS 737/1)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2017)
8     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~ Cook
9 County Drug Analysis Field Test Pilot Program Act.
