    Amends the Sanitary District Act of 1936. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Sanitary District Act of 1936 is amended by
5 changing Section 0.1 as follows:

6     (70 ILCS 2805/0.1)  (from Ch. 42, par. 411.99)
7     Sec. 0.1. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as
8 the "Sanitary District Act of 1936".
