20 ILCS 3960/19.6
    Provides that the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act shall be repealed on December 31, 2029 (rather than December 31, 2019).

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act is
5 amended by changing Section 19.6 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 3960/19.6)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2019)
8     Sec. 19.6. Repeal. This Act is repealed on December 31,
9 2029 ~~2019~~.
