    Amends the Local Government Travel Expense Control Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Local Government Travel Expense Control Act
5 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (50 ILCS 150/1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~Local
8 Government Travel Expense Control Act.
