SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

815 ILCS 175/15-5

Amends the Illinois Loan Brokers Act of 1995. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

AN ACT concerning business.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Loan Brokers Act of 1995 is amended by changing Section 15-5 as follows:

(815 ILCS 175/15-5)

Sec. 15-5. Definitions. As used in this Act, the the terms defined in the Sections following this Section and preceding Section 15-6 have the meanings ascribed therein.
