2 FIRST SPECIAL SESSION

3 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL
4 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, AT THE FIRST SPECIAL SESSION
5 THEREOF, that the President direct the Secretary to notify his
6 Excellency, the Governor, that the First Special Session of the
7 Ninety-Seventh General Assembly is now duly in session in
8 pursuance of his proclamation, and is ready to receive any
9 message he may desire to submit.
