SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Michelle Mona Lisa Ericson of Crystal Lake, who passed away on January 20, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Michelle Ericson was born on February 13, 1962 in Burlington, Iowa; her parents were Betty (nee Zaiser) Stiles and John T. Corso; and

WHEREAS, Michelle Ericson graduated from Crystal Lake Central High School in 1980; she went on to earn her bachelor's degree at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1985; and

WHEREAS, Michelle Ericson worked at the Kmart pharmacy for many years; and

WHEREAS, Michelle Ericson was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and always enjoyed watching Lovie Smith coach the Chicago Bears; she also enjoyed gardening, lying in the sun, scrapbooking, and traveling; and

WHEREAS, Michelle Ericson was preceded in death by her grandparents; and

WHEREAS, Michelle Ericson is survived by her children, Derek and Paige Ericson; her parents; her sisters, Rona (Tim) Robinson and Sophia Marie (Steve) Antonczyk; and her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Michelle Mona Lisa Ericson; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Michelle Ericson as an expression of our sympathy.
