SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Patricia Wagner of McHenry, who passed away on June 29, 2013; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Wagner was born on May 14, 1928, in Chicago to Irwin and Elizabeth Hart; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Wagner was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church and was a Compassionate Minister and member of CCW, a Christian mother's group; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Wagner enjoyed golf, talking walks, crocheting baby blankets, and spending winters in Florida with her husband, Urban; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Wagner was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Robert L. Schaefer; her brothers, Jack Hart and Irwin Hart, Jr.; her sister, Betty Smith; and 2 grandchildren; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Wagner is survived by her husband; her children, Robert (Carol) Schaefer, Gary (Alisa) Schaefer, Liz (Mike) Campana, Carol (John) Meyer, Terry (Jackie) Wagner, Kevin (Kathy) Wagner, and Diane (Brad) Klevin; her brother, Howard (Sharon) Hart; her 24 grandchildren; and her 13 great-grandchildren; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Patricia Wagner, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Patricia Wagner as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
