| | 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | | 3 | | learn of the death of Rosemary "Toots" Liebert of Waukegan, who | | 4 | | passed away on October 14, 2014; and
| | 5 | | WHEREAS, Rosemary Liebert was born on December 18, 1939 in | | 6 | | Waukegan; her parents were Mary (nee Ogrin) and Delford | | 7 | | VanHoogen; she married Robert H. Liebert, Jr. on June 29, 1957 | | 8 | | at Immaculate Conception Church in Waukegan; and
| | 9 | | WHEREAS, Rosemary Liebert attended Mother of God Grade | | 10 | | School and Waukegan High School; and
| | 11 | | WHEREAS, Rosemary Liebert was a devoted homemaker, wife, | | 12 | | mother, grandmother, and a babysitter for family and friends; | | 13 | | she also served on the Spaulding School PTO from 1968 to 1975; | | 14 | | and
| | 15 | | WHEREAS, Rosemary Liebert was preceded in death by her | | 16 | | parents; and
| | 17 | | WHEREAS, Rosemary Liebert is survived by her husband, | | 18 | | Robert; 4 children, Bobby (Karen) Liebert, Penny Latona, Allen | | 19 | | (Jennifer) Liebert, and Jim (Lori) Liebert; 4 grandchildren, | | 20 | | Stefanie Klaetsch, Haley Latona, and Jacob and Emily Liebert; a |
