SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Connor J. Moore of Lincolnshire, who passed away on July 28, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Connor Moore was born March 31, 1988 and was a resident of Lincolnshire all his life; he was a 2006 graduate of Stevenson High School, where he was a member of the tennis team, and a 2011 graduate of University of Kansas, majoring in communications; and

WHEREAS, Connor Moore worked with his father at Stratactics, Inc. in Lincolnshire and was a member of the Chapel in Libertyville; and

WHEREAS, Connor Moore enjoyed playing all sports, was an avid sports fan, and always had a big smile on his face; and

WHEREAS, Connor Moore was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lee and Barbara Moore; and

WHEREAS, Connor Moore is survived by his parents, C. Perry and Sally Moore; a brother, Ryan (Ever) Moore; a sister, Cara (Peter) Franco; 4 nephews, Samuel, Wesley, Isaac, and Logan; his maternal grandparents, Bill and Betty Thompson; and by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Connor J. Moore, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Connor Moore as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
