SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Anthony "Tony" "Mo" Mozina of Waukegan, who passed away on May 17, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Anthony Mozina was born in Waukegan and remained a lifelong resident; and

WHEREAS, Anthony Mozina attended Mother of God School and was a member of the 1957 graduating class of North Chicago High School; and

WHEREAS, Anthony Mozina worked for Outboard Marine in payroll management for 43 years until his retirement; and

WHEREAS, Anthony Mozina was a member of Church of St. Patrick in Wadsworth; and

WHEREAS, Anthony Mozina was preceded in death by his parents, Anton and Emily Mozina; and

WHEREAS, Anthony Mozina is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Linda; 3 children, Rob (Leigh) Mozina, Kimberly Mozina, and Sheri (Dan) Vesperman; 2 grandchildren, Jackson and Carter Mozina; and a sister, Mary (the late Jack) Flessner; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Anthony "Tony" "Mo" Mozina; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Anthony Mozina as an expression of our sympathy.
