SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of William Austin Hutton of Waukegan, who passed away on March 28, 2014; and

WHEREAS, William Hutton graduated from Waukegan Township High School in 1968 and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Carthage College; and

WHEREAS, William Hutton worked as a movie theatre manager and had an encyclopedic knowledge of movies; and

WHEREAS, William Hutton enjoyed baking, swimming, and gardening; and

WHEREAS, William Hutton was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Jennifer Hutton; his parents, Theresa (nee Miletich) and Walter B. Hutton, Jr.; brother, Brian; maternal aunt, MaryAnn Witasick; great-aunt and uncle, Gladys and William Schottman; great-aunt, Komma (nee Sorensen) Nagode; he was the grandson of Walter and Olga (nee Sorensen) Hutton and Jack and Madeline Miletich; and the great-grandson of David Austin and Elizabeth (nee Kronenberger) Hutton and Chris and Maren Sorensen; and

WHEREAS, William Hutton is survived by his sister, Linda; brothers, Brice and Jack; uncle, Bernard Witasick; and cousin, Bernard Witasick, Jr.; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of William Austin Hutton, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of William Hutton as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
