Amends the Developmental Disability and Mental Disability Services Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the powers and duties of the Department of Human Services.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Developmental Disability and Mental Disability Services Act is amended by changing Section 5-2 as follows:

Sec. 5-2. The The Department shall have all powers and duties necessary to implement this Act.
