Amends Energy Policy and Planning Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Energy Policy and Planning Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 1120/1) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 7801)

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the the Energy Policy and Planning Act.
