HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to congratulate Quincy Kalkbrenner, of Lena-Winslow High School, on becoming the 2014 Illinois High School Association Class 1A 160-pound Division Wrestling State Champion; and

WHEREAS, Quincy Kalkbrenner compiled a career record of 165-13 and is a 4-time State qualifier; and

WHEREAS, This is Quincy Kalkbrenner's second State championship; he placed 3rd as a sophomore; and

WHEREAS, Quincy Kalkbrenner was a member of the 2012 State Dual Team Runner-Up; and

WHEREAS, Quincy Kalkbrenner helped his team to a 74-11 record over his career; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Quincy Kalkbrenner on becoming the 2014 Illinois High School Association Class 1A 160-pound Division Wrestling State Champion; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Quincy Kalkbrenner as an expression of our esteem and respect.
