HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to congratulate Justin Fortney on achieving the rank of Eagle Scout; and

WHEREAS, Justin Fortney's Eagle Scout project was repairing and painting the exterior of the Living Christ Lutheran Church in Hanover Park; and

WHEREAS, Justin Fortney is a member of Boy Scout Troop 389 of the Hanover Park Lions Club; and

WHEREAS, Justin Fortney, at the age of 15, is involved in football, track and field, band, the Hanover Park Leo Club, and is on the Honor Role at Hoffman Estates High School; and

WHEREAS, Justin Fortney's parents are Lisa and Tom Fortney and he has a brother, Nicholas, who has also achieved the rank of Eagle Scout; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Justin Fortney on achieving the rank of Eagle Scout; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Justin Fortney as an expression of our esteem and respect.
