20 ILCS 862/34 rep.
20 ILCS 862/36 rep.
    Amends the Recreational Trails of Illinois Act. Repeals Sections concerning Off-Highway Vehicle Usage Stamps. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     (20 ILCS 862/26 rep.)
5     (20 ILCS 862/28 rep.)
6     (20 ILCS 862/32 rep.)
7     (20 ILCS 862/34 rep.)
8     (20 ILCS 862/36 rep.)
9     Section 5. The Recreational Trails of Illinois Act is
10 amended by repealing Sections 26, 28, 32, 34, and 36.

11     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.
