625 ILCS 5/11-1504

from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-1504

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that persons using a scooter, moped, or roller blades may not attach the scooter, moped, roller blades, or themselves to any vehicle upon a roadway.

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing Section 11-1504 as follows:

(625 ILCS 5/11-1504) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-1504)

Sec. 11-1504. Clinging to vehicles. No person riding upon any bicycle, coaster, roller skates, scooter, moped, roller blades, sled, or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself or herself to any vehicle upon a roadway.
