New Act
105 ILCS 5/Art. 1A rep.

Creates the Education Streamlining Initiative Act. Contains only a short title provision. Amends the School Code to repeal the State Board of Education Article.

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Education Streamlining Initiative Act.

Section 10. The School Code is amended by repealing Article 1A.
