Amends the Board of Higher Education Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning reimbursement for a Board member's expenses.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended by changing Section 5 as follows:

(110 ILCS 205/5) (from Ch. 144, par. 185)

Sec. 5. The The members of the Board shall serve without compensation but they shall be reimbursed for their actual and necessary traveling and other expenses while engaged in the performance of their duties.
