SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Michael B. Kwasman of West Chicago, who passed away on April 17, 2012; and

WHEREAS, Michael Kwasman served with pride and distinction as the Mayor of the City of West Chicago; and

WHEREAS, Michael Kwasman was the beloved husband of 29 years to Crystal (nee Howerton); the loving father of Ronald Kwasman; the beloved son of the late Estelle and Dan Kwasman; the dear brother of Steve (Gayle) Kwasman and Marla (Marty) Bett; the loving brother-in-law of Sheila (Tom) Metten, Mark (Donna) Howerton, and Cathy (Rick) Markee; and the fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Michael B. Kwasman; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Michael Kwasman as an expression of our sympathy.
