1 SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 586

2     WHEREAS, Under subsection (b) of Section 2 of Article VIII
3 of the Illinois Constitution, appropriations for a fiscal year
4 shall not exceed funds estimated by the General Assembly to be
5 available during that year; therefore, be it

6     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL
7 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that the General Assembly
8 estimates the general funds to be available during State fiscal
9 year 2013 as follows:
