SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Rosemary Bosoluke of Alton, who passed away on January 28, 2012; and

WHEREAS, Rosemary Bosoluke was born on June 19, 1934, in Alton; she was the daughter of the late Michael and Susie (Lalik) Bosoluke; and

WHEREAS, Rosemary Bosoluke was a devoted employee at Alton Memorial Hospital as a cook in the cafeteria; and

WHEREAS, Rosemary Bosoluke was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Alton; and

WHEREAS, Rosemary Bosoluke was deeply devoted to her family and helped raise her nephew, Joey, and her niece, Cathy, with whom she had a special bond; and

WHEREAS, Rosemary Bosoluke was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Walter and Steven Bosoluke; and her sisters, Helen Bosoluke, Catherine "Katie" Riner, and Edna and Eva Bosoluke; and

WHEREAS, Rosemary Bosoluke is survived by her brothers and sister-in-law, Frank Bosoluke and Stanley and Sharon Bosoluke; her sister-in-law, Thelma Bosoluke; her nieces and nephews and their spouses, Rebecca and Randy Johns, Steve and Angie Bosoluke, Susan Bosoluke, Cathy Bosoluke, Julie and Ted Prehn, and Scott and Marcy Bosoluke; her great-nieces and great-nephews and their spouses, Patrick and Stacy Johns, Stephanie and Jay Sinclair, Andy and Jonathan Prehn, and Spencer, Nick, and Evan Bosoluke; and her many great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Rosemary Bosoluke; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Rosemary Bosoluke as an expression of our sympathy.
