SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Nicholas E. Cifonie of St. Charles, who passed away on October 3, 2011; and

WHEREAS, He was the loving husband of Jean A. Cifonie; the beloved father of Nicholas J. (Judy) Capaccio, Fredrick M. Capaccio, Ronald P. (Margaret) Capaccio, and Gina M. (Michael) Pezza; the dear grandfather of Brandon (Amber), Courtney, Dana, Philip, Ryan, Justin, Brandy, Andrew, and Trent; and the fond great-grandfather of Madden Rose Capaccio; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Nicholas Cifonie; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Nicholas E. Cifonie as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
