SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Rachel R. Korenchuk of Peoria, who passed away on August 7, 2011; and

WHEREAS, Rachel Korenchuk was born on May 27, 1981, in Peru; she is the daughter of James M. and Jacquelyn "Jacque" (Porch) Baker; she married Michael S. "Korey" Korenchuk on February 11, 2008, in Costa Rica; and

WHEREAS, Rachel Korenchuk was a photographer who owned her own business, Bella Imagery; and

WHEREAS, Rachel Korenchuk is survived by her mother and stepfather, Jacque and Randy May; her daughters, Bella and Jersie Korenchuk; her sister, Angie Lugeanbeal; her nieces, Lauren and Julia Lugeanbeal; her grandparents, Mel (Rocky) Porch; and her many aunts, uncles, and cousins; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Rachel R. Korenchuk; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Rachel Korenchuk as an expression of our sympathy.
