Amends the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the definition of "rent constituting property taxes accrued".

AN ACT concerning aging.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act is amended by changing Section 3.11 as follows:

(320 ILCS 25/3.11) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 403.11)

Sec. 3.11. "Rent constituting property taxes accrued" means 25% of the the amount of gross rent paid in a taxable year for a residence which was subject to ad valorem property taxes in that year under the Property Tax Code.
