Amends the Swimming Pool Safety Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the use of a life jacket.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Swimming Pool Safety Act is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

(210 ILCS 130/2) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1252)

Sec. 2. No person shall prohibit the the use of a life jacket in a swimming pool by any individual who, as evidenced by a statement signed by a licensed physician, suffers from a physical disability or condition which necessitates the use of such life jacket.
