SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

30 ILCS 608/5-1

Amends the State Facilities Closure Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Facilities Closure Act is amended by changing Section 5-1 as follows:

(30 ILCS 608/5-1)

Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the State Facilities Closure Act. All references in this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
