SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 1505/1505-1

Amends the Department of Labor Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Labor Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by changing Section 1505-1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 1505/1505-1)

Sec. 1505-1. Article short title. This Article 1505 of the the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the Department of Labor Law.
